Account Security and Policy Commitments

Behind these terms are concrete practices around data handling, account integrity, and how we respond when something goes wrong.

Data Storage

Account data — name, contact details, transaction records — is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell your data to third parties, and access within our team is restricted to roles that require it to process your account.

Cookie Use

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. You can adjust cookie permissions in your browser at any time; removing session cookies will log you out.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password authentication and optional two-step verification. We will never ask for your password via chat or email; any message doing so should be reported to support immediately.

Data Retention

We retain transaction and account records for the period required under applicable law. Once that period expires and your account is closed, personal data is deleted or anonymised in line with our data policy.

Change Requests

To update your registered name, email address, or linked payment method — UPI handle, Paytm number, or PhonePe ID — submit a request through live chat with supporting identity documents. Changes are processed within 48 hours.

Dispute Process

If you disagree with a transaction result or an account action taken under these terms, raise a formal dispute via email. We log every dispute, review it against our records, and respond with a written decision within five working days.

These terms apply to every account holder on satteking.net. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. Creating an account confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out here.

We email your registered address and post the new version on this page before changes take effect. If you continue using your account after the notified date, that counts as agreement to the revised terms.

Yes. Submit a data access request through email support. We compile your account history, personal details, and transaction records and deliver them securely within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

Deposits made via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe are subject to the same wallet rules as all other funding methods. Once funds clear into your account wallet they are subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions stated in these terms.

An account may be suspended if we detect multiple accounts registered to the same person, if identity verification documents are found to be invalid, or if activity suggests a breach of these terms. We notify you by email and explain the reason.

Send a deletion request to our support email. We will remove or anonymise your personal data after the mandatory legal retention period has passed. We confirm completion in writing once the process is finished.
