All personal data — including UPI handles and registered phone numbers — is stored using encryption at rest. Access logs are reviewed periodically so only authorised internal roles can query account-level records.

Payment Data Handling

Payment details processed via Paytm, PhonePe or UPI are handled by our payment partners under their own security frameworks. We retain only a transaction reference and timestamp — never your full UPI PIN or wallet password.

Account Security Practices

Two-factor authentication is available on your account. If we detect a login from an unrecognised device or region, we send a verification prompt to your registered mobile number before access is granted to your account.

Data Retention Period

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law. Once the retention period lapses, data is deleted or anonymised from our active systems.

Requesting Changes or Deletion

You can request a correction to any personal data we hold or ask for full account deletion by contacting our privacy team. We will confirm receipt within two working days and complete the action within the period allowed under applicable local law.
